Q. Do I have to send a deposit to reserve my seat?
A. Yes, it can be in the form of a check, money order, credits you have or you can put it on your credit card.
Q. Is there reserve seating on the bus?
A. We will try to fulfill your request for special seating arrangements to the best of our ability.
Q. Will I have the same seat coming & going?
A. Yes, everyone keeps the same seat they had on the way to the destination. This stops confusion.
Q. What if I send in a deposit and have to cancel?
A. If you have a legitimate reason for canceling, we will hold your deposit for another trip, providing you give us time to try to fill your seat. However, if "Aunt Tillie" has died 3 times, we will become suspicious.
Q. I've never played at the big bingo games. How will I know what I'm supposed to do?
A. At most of the bingos we take you to, we have reserved seating for our group; therefore, you will be sitting with us and we will make sure you are playing the right cards for the right game and be there should you have a question. Most of the time, there are monitors everywhere in the room and "game-a-grams" showing you what pattern you are playing. You'll also have a game sheet telling you what you are playing.
Q. Do I need chips?
A. No, all the bingo games we take you to are complete paper, no chip games. You just need your dauber.
Q. I hate bingo, can't I go just for the casino?
A. Yes, although we cater to our bingo folks, you are always welcome to come along as a casino passenger. For the most part, it usually costs $35 to do this. You will still get food coupons, free bet coupons, or whatever the particular casino is giving that day.
Q. Can I bring food on the bus?
A. Yes, you can bring food if you choose. You may even bring a small cooler that you can put under your seat, or in the overhead compartment of the bus. However, you cannot bring these things into the bingo hall. We serve refreshments coming and going...usually juice and donuts in the morning, soda and cookies on the way home. Should you have a particular dietary need, you will have to supply this yourself. Also, we have stopped giving out diet soda, based on the medical information we have received that it is very bad for you.
Q. Can I bring beer or liquor to have on the bus?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot allow this. The bingo halls and casinos we go to are very strict about the "condition" the patrons are in when arriving.
Q. Can I leave my "stuff" on the bus, or do I have to carry it around with me?
A. You can always leave your "stuff" on the bus. It will be locked up; and no other patrons will be using the bus while we're not on it.
Q. If the trip is cancelled, what happens to my money?
A. Your monies will be refunded in full to you should we have to cancel for any reason. You always have the option of having us hold your money for another trip, if you desire. You will not lose it.
Q. Do you show movies on the bus?
A. No, we entertain you coming and going. Besides giving you refreshments, we play games with you, give lots of door prizes; and usually have sing-a-longs that you can participate in at the end of each trip. It's fun!
Q. I heard you have a bus rule...what is it?
A. One of our bus rules is...if you win $10,000 or more, you have to treat everyone on the bus to pizza on the way home! (As of this writing, we have had 13 pizza buyers.) You could be next!
